Note for Fruit Ripening

To enhance fruit ripening process ethylene gas is triggered into the fruit ripening chambers. This process requires cooling as well as high humidity for high quality fruit ripening. We have specially designed Evaporators for ripening which give high airflow and maintain good humidity level by evaporator coil design.
